The clinic is located in beautiful downtown Chula Vista, just a few blocks away from Interstate Freeway 5 and 805. Both freeways offer easy access to the clinic and we are only a few blocks from each. Once you arrive in Chula Vista, take the H street turn off and head directly to the center of town. We are located at the corner of Third Avenue and Shasta Street, just across from the Regional Center/Court House.
