Brief Biographical Information Regarding Dr. Chapman

Born in 1946, undergraduate education at Southwestern College. Four years of military service in the USN as a medic with two years service in the Republic of Vietnam. Professional education and degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Chapman received his California license and national Board Diplomate in 1976.

He has added to his credentials over the years in acupuncture, sports medicine (also treating athletes of extreme sports), and thermography. He has served as a preceptor faculty member of the Clinical Science Division of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has been a post graduate faculty member of Pasadena College of Chiropractic, Palmer West College of Chiropractic, Cleveland Chiropractic College-LA and Missouri, and Life-West College of Chiropractic. He has further served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Council on Learning Disabilities at Soutwestern College and continues to serve as a consultant in thermography for several colleges and organizations.

     Dr. Chapman has written eleven textbooks on Thermography, Clinical Practise and Workers’ Compensation.  Additionally, he has written over 35 articles that have been published in various professional and trade magazines.  He developed the first CCE approved course in thermology in the country and authored many of the techniques, protocols and diagnostic principals that are considered standard within the industry.  He has been Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at CTA Laboratories since 1978 and has conducted hundreds of thermographic research projects over the years.
